All orders are accepted on the basis that the purchaser agrees to these conditions, which form the entire agreement between the purchaser and AVARTEK Ltd (“AVARTEK WHOLESALE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), unless expressly varied in writing. Any terms submitted by the customer which conflict with these Terms and Conditions shall not apply unless agreed in writing by AVARTEK WHOLESALE.

6.1 Full payment must be received before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 Account customers must pay invoices within 30 days of the invoice date.
6.3 Late payments may accrue interest at 8% per annum above the base rate, together with any reasonable recovery costs.
6.4 Ownership of goods remains with AVARTEK WHOLESALE until full cleared payment has been received.
7.1 Delivery dates are estimates only. AVARTEK WHOLESALE shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delivery delays.
7.2 We reserve the right to deliver goods in instalments.
7.3 A signed delivery note constitutes proof of delivery.
7.4 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
7.5 All goods must be inspected upon receipt. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
8.1 Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by emailing orders@avartekwholesale.co.uk.
8.2 Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unopened, and in a resaleable condition.
8.3 Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
8.4 Refunds will exclude original delivery charges and will be processed after inspection of the returned goods.
8.5 Returns will not be accepted where goods have been used or original packaging is missing or damaged.
8.6 Acceptance of returns is at the discretion of AVARTEK WHOLESALE, except where goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
