We understand that mistakes can happen. Most new, unused, and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return shipping costs will only be covered by AVARTEK Ltd where the return is due to our error, such as faulty or incorrectly supplied items. In these cases, we will arrange collection at a time convenient to you.
Customers are advised to inspect goods before signing for delivery. If there is any visible damage to the packaging, please sign for the delivery as “damaged.”
If inspection is not possible at the time of delivery, please sign as “unexamined.” This enables us to raise any necessary claims with our delivery partners if required.

Items that have been altered, modified, defaced, or show signs of heavy use may not be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Refunds are typically processed within 4 to 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, and return postage costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
AVARTEK Ltd cannot accept responsibility for losses resulting from incorrect or undeliverable shipping addresses provided at checkout.
We supply customers outside of the UK. For international delivery quotes and estimated delivery times, please email orders@avartekwholesale.co.uk with your order details and destination. Shipping costs depend on order size and location.
We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD as our delivery partners. DPD and Hermes provide full tracking once your order has been dispatched.
On the day of delivery, you will receive an email with a two hour delivery window. These couriers also allow delivery options such as rescheduling, leaving instructions, or delivery to a neighbour.
